Stenciling with Second Graders

Yesterday was a beautiful day, which I got to spend outside stenciling with a great group of second graders. With maps of our surrounding area, we set off in search of storm drains to stencil. I was so proud of all the students, for they were were great participants, and followed instructions wonderfully. Everyone got a turn to hold down and paint the stencils, as well as take pictures. I was so thrilled to have so many hands wanting to help. Their enthusiasm was so much fun to watch, and I am so thankful I got to be a part of their river studies.
