Summer may be winding down, but we interns are still being kept busy in the short time we have left. As we move closer towards finishing the Smart Sewering project in Littleton, we're now uploading all of our compiled water usage data to ArcGIS for geographical analysis. After manually mapping out the individual residences and commercial zones in the downtown district through georeferencing, we can use GIS to associate each address and zone with an average use level. Hopefully this insight will help us finalize the design plans for the sewer system before summer ends and my time here is up.
